GAMIXTURE is a collection of software for solving complex finite mixture model parameter estimation problems in neuroimaging. At the moment, the Matlab package for the FMM parameter estimation is available.

Features

The toolbox includes the necessary matlab functions for carrying out FMM optimization e.g. for voxel classification purposes. There is support for partial volume effect modeling.
The toolbox contains an effective hybrid algorithm to optimize multidimensional Gaussian FMMs.
